On December 27th, our cousin Tara got married to Matt. They make a great couple. Jenna had the honor of being a flowergirl. Tara's other cousin Gianna was also a flowergirl. They did a great job. Jenna pretended she was Cinderella going to the ball. She even said," I have nothing to wear." She walked down the isle with 2 boys. She wasn't afraid at all. I was so proud of her. She rode in the Hummer limo with all the bridesmaids all by herself. She said it was the biggest car she ever saw.

The wedding was the The Rialto Square Theater in Joliet. In between the wedding and reception, Tara rented out an Irish bar (with appetizer and drinks) where they had an Irish band playing. We danced the night away. Poor Jenna fell asleep before dinner but then woke up to do a little dancing. We had a blast. Jenna is still talking about it. We wish Tara and Matt the very best. They are off to Jamaica now. I didn't get any good pictures of Tara and Matt together with my camera but as soon as I get some, I will add them to my post.

Santa left all these presents for Jenna while she was asleep. She must have been a good girl.

The Christmas Season

This Christmas season sure has been fun. We went to the Planetarium to see the Sesame Street movie then off to State St. to see the holiday windows. It wasn't so cold out yet, so we had fun walking around downtown. We also went on the Polar Express Train ride from Itasca to Elgin with grandma. We also have been enjoying many get togethers with our Chinese group and many of our good friends. Everywhere we go, Jenna gets spoiled by all our "aunties." We are so lucky.

Jenna is really into Disney Princesses and Tinkerbell. She even wants to be called, "Tink." She wears her wings almost every day. She sure is growing up fast. We will be going to Disney on Ice in January so she can see the Fairies live. We are so excited. Santa is coming soon and all she wants is a Barbie. She just told him from a distance but didn't want to sit on his lap.
